She runs The Strategy Barn and leads teams of data analysts, insight specialists and designers to deliver brand strategy, innovation and communication projects across a breadth of start-up and corporate businesses. She brings rigour, clarity and a collaborative mentality to every project.
Lisa Richards: Insight and Planning Lead

Lisa comes from an agency background having been a senior planner and head of insight. She brings strong creative, insightful thinking and methodologies, always considering the consumer needs and motivations first and foremost. She has worked across many Global and UK brands including Domino’s, Lil-Lets and a breadth of B2B businesses.
Jessica Lawther: Creative Planning and Copywriter

Jessica has extensive experience across publishing, international communications and branding. She has worked across a range of industries and her in-depth knowledge in health and beauty makes her a specialist in this area. Never lost for words, she is an inspiring copywriter first and foremost, unlocking the story of brands through the written word. Clients she has worked with include Estee Lauder, Neal’s Yard and Dove.
Lisa McGuckin: Office Manager

Lisa is highly organised and with a graphics design degree, the team benefits from her excellent creative eye as well. She looks after accounts, manages the office and always ensures the Barn is running smoothly.
